Founded in 2007 and formerly known as FFI Sports Tours, Academy One Football Tours (A1FT) is the brainchild of Sebastian van der Vliet.

Having delivered over 250+ international development tours to the wider Australian Footballing community, our long-standing partnerships are underpinned by our customer experience and ‘Football First’ approach.

A1FT is a silent partner to many football organisations across the region, including federal and state football associations, A-League Youth Divisions, State and Community Clubs, Schools and Private Academies. Prior to launching A1FT Sebastian was the former Technical Director and Head Coach of Welsh School Boys. Taking his squad to Australia in 2002 where his playing squad faced off against the Australian School Boys, boasting their own future Socceroos in the staring line-up.
